How do I order and pay for my new eCover Design?

Decide what Cover Style you want for your eCover Design.

Have your credit card information ready and go to our Secure Order Form.  Your order will be processed in real time using myPaySystems Secure SLL Server.

Then go to our Order Detail Form, where you will give us the information we need to create your Custom eCover Design and click on the Submit button.

How long does it take for you to design my new Custom eCover Design?

You will receive an email within 3 business hours verifying your eCover Design Order Details.  (I am in the EST time zone, South Carolina, USA.

A draft of your eCover Design will be ready for your review within 48 hours of verification (probably sooner).  I'll send you a private URL where your drafts are posted for viewing.

The finalized copy (properly sized, optimized for viewing on the internet and ready for download to your site) will be sent the same day I receive your final approval of the draft (or by 11:00 AM the next day if your approval is received after 7:00 PM). 

Any changes you require to the draft copy will be completed as expediently as possible but may extend this time-table.  I strive for excellence in your cover design and will not cut corners to save time if this will result in an inferior design.  If additional time is necessary to make requested changes and complete your cover design, I will send you up-dates on the progress of your cover and the estimated completion time.

What if I need my eCover Design by a specific date?

You can write me at support@ecoverdesigns.com before placing your order, give me a brief idea of the cover you need and the date by which you need it.  I'll be happy to let you know if I think I can fulfill the order within your time requirements.

What if I want a prespective or view that isn't shown in your examples?

Send an email to support@ecoverdesigns.com and tell me what you want.  I can usually create your cover (ebook, box or cd) to your specifications.

What size will my eCover Design be?

Sizes will vary slightly depending on the image.  But the average widths delivered are 200 pixels, 150 pixels and 100 pixels.

How is my Custom eCover Design delivered to me?

I deliver the finished images by zipped email attachment. If you are unfamiliar with zipped files, you can read more information here

You will need a copy of WinZip to unzip the attachment.  If you don't have a copy of WinZip already installed on your computer you can download a free evaluation version from here.

If you are uncomfortable with receiving an email attachment, I can post your finished image(s) to my servers and you can download them from there.

What file format will my eCover Design be in?

Your eCover Design will be delivered in either GIF or JPEG file format depending on which gives the highest image quality and fastest download time for your particular graphic.  GIF and JPEG are the standard file formats used for display on web pages and are readable by both MAC and PC.

What if I don't like my new eCover Design?

I don't think this is going to happen.  I will work with you until we have a Custom Cover you love!  However, as our Guarantee states, "Your satisfaction is guaranteed!  If you're not completely satisfied with your custom eCover Design, and you would prefer that I didn't redesign an alternative cover to your satisfaction, I will gladly refund your full purchase price.!  No questions asked!"

Who owns the finished cover image?

You own the finished cover image and can use it on your site or in any way you wish.

Do you use royalty free images in your designs?

Yes, all the images used in our designs are legally purchased and royalty free.  Once the design has been created, you own all rights to use of the design, but not the individual images used to create the design.  The graphic design may not be disassembled or any individual parts used apart from the total design.
